Here at Flo-jo Clothing we want to make sure that you are totally satisfied every time you buy one of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, please do not hesistate to contact us by clicking on the 'Conact Us' link.
The product then needs to be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by proof of purchase within 7 days once we have responded to your e-mail.
Your goods will then be exchanged or a credit note given.
A full refund, including postage costs will only be given should the product be faulty.
Please note our underwear is non exchangeable and only returnable if faulty on arrival.
Please retain proof of postage as we cannot refund for items lost in transit.
Please allow 28 days for your return to be exchanged or processed but please be assured it will be dealt with as speedily as possible
Domestic postage calculations are as follows:
Free for orders under £12
£1.50 for orders up to £27
£4.95 for orders up to £81
Free for orders upwards
We use Royal Mail 1st class delivery.
We aim to deliver your goods within 3-4 working days once we have received your order. Please specify where your goods are to be delivered to when you place your order.
International Postage.
If you are an international customer an additional flat rate charge of £3.00 is required. Please click the 'add international postage' button once to add onto your order.
We offer a gift wrapping service if requested with a personalised message.
If for some reason your goods do not arrive we provide a refund after 21 days.
